Group therapy is a great opportunity for you to connect with others, who share common concerns and challenges. When attending groups, you discover that you are not alone, others understand, and healing is possible together. In groups, you share your feelings and experiences. At the same time, you may learn new healthy coping, emotional intimacy, and ways to connect with others at deeper levels. You support and learn from each other.
Groups are available. Group types and topics change on a regular basis. Groups tend to cover the following topics: trauma recovery, men’s/women’s issues, addiction recovery, parenting concerns, teen challenges, and relationship issues.
